Every transfer is booked in advance at a fixed fare. We track your flight from the moment it leaves. If it lands early we are there early. If it is delayed we adjust and there is no extra charge for the wait. You get out of the terminal and into a clean quiet car without making a single phone call.
Your chauffeur monitors the flight and arrives before you land. For arrivals we offer two options.
Meet and greet inside the terminal. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board and helps with the luggage from the carousel to the car. Best for first time visitors interstate clients and anyone travelling with family.
Kerbside pickup. Your chauffeur waits in the pickup zone and you walk straight out. Faster and slightly cheaper for travellers who know the airport.
We cover all Perth Airport terminals. T1 and T2 on the eastern side and T3 and T4 on the western side. Tell us the flight number at the time of booking and we handle the rest.
For departures we build the pickup time around your flight and the traffic on the day. Early morning runs to catch a 6am departure are normal for us and we confirm the pickup the night before so there is nothing to worry about.
If you are flying out for work we can arrange the return transfer at the same time so the whole trip is booked in one go.
Fly in fly out schedules do not follow office hours. We run transfers to and from Perth Airport around the clock including weekends and public holidays. Regular travellers can set up a standing booking so the same pickup runs every swing without rebooking each time.
Travelling with more than four people or with a lot of luggage is where most airport transfer bookings go wrong. Our Mercedes V Class carries up to 8 passengers with luggage so a family or a work crew travels together in one vehicle instead of splitting across two taxis.

Mercedes V Class. Seats up to 8 passengers with generous luggage space. Suited to families work crews and group arrivals.
Bringing golf clubs surf gear a pram or oversized bags? Tell us when you book and we will allocate the right vehicle rather than turning up short on space.
This matters more than most people realise when they compare quotes. Every chauffeur who drives for Gold Luxury Charters holds a current passenger transport driver authorisation issued by the Department of Transport in Western Australia. That authorisation requires a medical assessment a national police certificate and ongoing monitoring of the driver’s suitability to carry passengers for hire.
Our vehicles are authorised passenger transport vehicles and are inspected as required under Western Australian law. If a quote seems unusually low it is worth asking the operator whether their drivers and vehicles are authorised.
Fuel tolls airport parking and access fees and the chauffeur are all included in the quoted price. There are no late night surcharges and no public holiday loading.
The only time a fare changes is if you add a stop on the way or ask us to wait beyond the included free time. In both cases we confirm the cost with you before it applies.
For arrivals we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. For early morning departures book the day before.
