Every other part of the day has a supplier who has done it a hundred times. The photographer knows the light. The venue knows the run sheet. Transport is usually the thing left to an uncle with a clean car and it is also the only supplier whose failure moves every single item on the timeline.
Gold Luxury Charters provides chauffeur driven wedding cars and event transport across Perth. Your chauffeur has the run sheet before the day. The vehicle is booked by the hour so it stays with you rather than disappearing between the ceremony and the photos.
Wedding transport is booked by the hour rather than as a point to point fare. The vehicle and the chauffeur are yours for the whole block so there is no watching the clock between locations.
Standard wedding block. Usually three to five hours covering the bridal preparation address the ceremony the photo locations and the reception arrival. This is what most Perth weddings book.
Ceremony only. A shorter block for couples who want the arrival handled but are travelling to the reception separately. Two hours is typical.
Full day with guest transfers. Multiple vehicles running across the day. One stays with the couple while others shuttle guests between the ceremony venue and the reception. Quoted as one arrangement rather than separate bookings.
Departure only. Some couples only want the exit. A vehicle waiting at the reception to take you to your hotel at the end of the night.
Tell us the run sheet and we will tell you which block actually fits. If a shorter booking covers your day we will say so.
Bridal preparation address. Chauffeur arrives fifteen minutes before the agreed departure. Bags dress bag and shoes are loaded while everyone is still getting ready.
Ceremony venue. Timed arrival with the vehicle held on site. Bridesmaids and family usually travel in the second vehicle ahead of the bride.
Photo locations. Kings Park Elizabeth Quay Cottesloe the Swan Valley vineyards or your photographer’s choice. The vehicle moves with the group and doubles as somewhere to sit between setups.
Reception venue. Arrival timed to your entrance rather than to the traffic.
End of night. If the departure is part of the booking the chauffeur returns for the exit.
Engagement parties. Arrival transport for the couple and coordinated pickups for close family.
Anniversaries and vow renewals. The same chauffeur driven format on a smaller scale.
Milestone birthdays. Fortieth fiftieth and sixtieth celebrations where the arrival is part of the occasion.
VIP and interstate guest transport. Hotel to venue transfers for guests who have flown in. Often booked alongside the wedding itself.
School balls and formals. Fixed pickup and drop off times agreed with the parent or guardian making the booking.
Funeral and memorial transport. Quiet respectful transport for family between the service and the wake. Booked by the hour with no rush on timings.

Every vehicle is chauffeur driven. We do not offer self drive hire.
Luxury sedan. Seats up to 4 passengers. This is the bridal car for most bookings because the rear seat gives a gown room to sit properly and the door aperture makes getting in and out straightforward.
Mercedes V Class. Seats up to 8 passengers. Sliding doors and a flat floor which makes it the easier vehicle for bridesmaids in fitted dresses. Most couples book this for the bridal party alongside the sedan for the couple.
Larger guest groups are covered by allocating multiple vehicles to the same schedule and quoting the whole thing as one fixed price.
Ribbon decoration in your choice of colour is included at no extra cost. Anything beyond that such as floral arrangements or signage can be arranged if you tell us in advance and confirm the design. We do not fit anything that would damage paintwork or obstruct the driver’s view.
Fuel tolls parking and the chauffeur are all included in the hourly rate. There is no weekend loading and no public holiday surcharge. Waiting time inside your booked block is not extra because that is the point of booking by the hour. If the day runs past the booked block we confirm the additional cost with you or your coordinator before it applies rather than adding it afterwards.
