There are two ways to run it and the right one depends on the event.
Drop off and return pickup. We take you to the venue and come back at an agreed time. Best for concerts games and anything with a known finish time. This is the cheaper option because the vehicle is not sitting idle.
Hold the vehicle. The same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole booking. Best for multiple venues progressive dinners race days and any night where the plan is likely to change. Booked by the hour.

Every vehicle is chauffeur driven. We do not offer self drive hire.
Luxury sedan. Seats up to 4 passengers. Suited to couples small groups and anyone who wants a quiet comfortable arrival.
Mercedes V Class. Seats up to 8 passengers with room for bags and coats. This is the vehicle most event groups book because everyone travels together in one car.
For parties over eight people we allocate multiple vehicles running on the same schedule. Everyone leaves at the same time and arrives at the same time. Give us the total headcount and the pickup addresses and we will work out the vehicle split and quote it as one fixed price.
Fuel tolls parking and the chauffeur are all included. There is no late night surcharge and no public holiday loading. The only variation is if you add stops or keep the vehicle longer than booked and we confirm that cost before it applies.
